healthy, low calorie, low fat banana bread only 128 calories per 1/10 of a slice! YUM!!!

Recipe Ingredients for banana bread

1 1/2 cup bananas
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp sugar
1 1/4 cup apples
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp butter
3 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for banana bread

  1. mash bananas, add 2 tsp sugar.

  2. mix four, baking soda and salt together.

  3. blend apples with a little water to mix. You can add 3/4 cup artificial sweetener if desired.

  4. blend applesauce and egg whites.

  5. add wet mix, then add mashed banana

  6. heat oven to 350 and grease baking pan with 1 tbs butter

  7. cook for 45 minutes

  8. when done, drizzle 1 tsp butter over bread and rub in 3 tsp brown sugar on top.

  9. enjoy!
