Yummy with all the substitutes: splenda, egg beaters, applesauce

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1 1/2 c flour
3 bananas
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c splenda
1/4 c egg beaters
1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
1 t baking soda
1 t salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F; spray 8" bread pan.

  2. Mix bananas with sugar (reserve 1/2 t.) and splenda. Let sit for a minute or two to make sure banana is dissolved. Add egg beaters, flour, baking soda and salt, then applesauce. Pour into pan, sprinkle 1/2 t. sugar over the top. Bake for 60 minutes.
