'no-fail' banana bread with part whole wheat flour

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup bananas, mashed

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. cream butter and sugar.

  2. mix in eggs one at a time

  3. stir in bananas

  4. in separate bowl stir together dry ingredients.

  5. add to wet ingredients, mixing only to moisten.

  6. bake in greased loaf pan at 350degF for 50 mins or until done.
