Betty Crocker Banana Bread with 1/2 whole wheat flour

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1 egg
1 cup banana, mashed
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup canola oil

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Grease bottom and sides of loaf pan

  2. Combine first five ingredients in a medium bowl

  3. In another bowl combine remaining ingredients

  4. Add wet ingredients to dry all at once and mix until just combined

  5. Bake in loaf pan at 350 degress for 50-55 minutes.
