Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 egg
2 medium banana
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp milk

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. In a bowl mix all dry ingredients. Create a well in the center.

  2. In another bowl mix all wet ingredients. Add to dry mix and stir until wet (will look lumpy).
