This banana bread has the consistency of a moist cake.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 stick Butter
2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
2 large Egg, Whole
1 serving Baking Soda

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Mash or food process bananas

  2. Add eggs, cinnamon, and sugar and mix.

  3. Put sugar in a separate bowl.

  4. Melt and cool butter and add to sugar

  5. Mix in banana mixture

  6. Add flour and soda

  7. Mix together

  8. Grease and flour bunt pan

  9. Add mixture

  10. Bake at 350 for approximately 35 minutes

  11. Bread is done when toothpick comes out clean
