Light Banana bread made with yogurt

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

2 cups unbleached flour
1 cups walnuts
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cups banana
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 large eggs
6 tbl butter
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. mix dry ingredients, melt butter, let it cool, add banana mashed, eggs, yogurt and vanilla.

  2. Grease and flour pan. Bake 350 degrees for 55 minutes
