Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1 1/2 cup Flour, White, Enriched, Unbleached
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup cooking oil
3 medium Bananas
1 Egg, Whole
3/4 cup sugar, Granulated
1/3 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Grease loaf pan.

  3. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients with fork.

  4. Mix wet ingredients + sugar, add as one to dry.

  5. Add nuts and chocolate chips.

  6. Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
