Recipe Ingredients for Banana bread

1 cup sugar, granulated
2 eggs
2 cups flour, white, unbleached
1 teaspoon baking powder
180 grams banana
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons shortening, all vegetable
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup mandarin orange segments
1/4 cup cranberries, dried

Recipe Directions for Banana bread

  1. Combine everything in a mixer bowl and beat until smooth.

  2. Bake at 325 degrees until toothpick still is moist.

  3. Easy and fast!
