Recipe Ingredients for banana bread

1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
4 bananas
1/2 pear
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/4 cup peanut oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for banana bread

  1. combine flour with baking powder, salt and chocolate chips, make a well in centre

  2. mash bananas and pear, add milk, oil and sugar

  3. add banana mixture all at once to flour

  4. stir only until combined (will be lumpy)

  5. place into greased 5 x 9 loaf pan

  6. bake about 20 minutes at 350
