Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

5 medium bananas
200 ml sour cream
4 tsp of vanilla extract
4 tbsp maple syrup
3 eggs
1 cup of canola oil
1 cup of whole wheat flour
1/2 cup of white flour
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
100 grams almonds
100 grams walnuts
70 grams pecan nuts
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp of mixed spice
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
1/4 tsp of salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Mash the bananas

  2. Add the spice mix

  3. Add the eggs, the maple syrup, sour cream vanill aextract and oil, stirring as you go along.

  4. Then add the flour, the sugars, teh baking soda, the baking powder and all the nuts.

  5. Then pour the mixture in a buttered loaf tin.

  6. This mixture can fit into 1 small and 1 large/medium sized loaf baking tin.

  7. Bake in a heated oven at 180c for 35-45 minutes depending on teh type of the oven.
