From the Alaska book with some modifications. Use xylitol instead of sugar. Makes two small loves, or could make one big one.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana bread

4 Bananas
1 cup sugar
1/2 c. applesauce
1/2 t. baking powder
2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. vanilla
2 eggs
1 t. baking soda

Recipe Directions for Banana bread

bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. For small loves, only needs 45 min.
