Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1 cup wheat flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 bananas
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. grease 9x5" deep rectangular baking pan.

  3. Mix dry ingredients together. In another small bowl, whisk eggs for 30 seconds or until fully whipped together. In another bowl mash bananas and honey together.

  4. Pour eggs into banana and honey, and mix together.

  5. Pour this into the dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth batter.

  6. Pour into greased pan, and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
