Banana Bread (from Reynolds Parchment Paper box)

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
2 bananas
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Line 9x5 Baking dish with parchment paper extending up sides of pan.

  3. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

  4. In a large bowl, combine bananas, eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla extract.

  5. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture - stir until just moistened.

  6. Stir in nuts.

  7. Pour into parchment-lined pan.

  8. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

  9. Cool 10 minutes.

  10. Remove from pan.

  11. Cool completely on wire rack.
