Banana Bread is good for you due to the many reasons listed below. First of all, it is both low in sodium and saturated fat which affects your cholestrol level. It also has a alot of vitamin C which is water soluable and needed to be taken daily and Iron which is used to make the production of red blood cells. Also, it has calicum which is used to strength your bones. Finally, it has a bunch of complex carbs in it. Complex carbs give you long lang lasting energy so you don't have to worry about the rush of insulin attacking your body making you crash within a few hours. In this recipe I did make changes so that it would end up more health. For example, i reduced the amount of sugar because it was too much and also used applesauce as a subsitute for the high amount of oil. Finally i also added whole wheat flour to the recipe.
