Not low fat, not low in sugar...but good to know for those days you want to be decadent!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

2 cups flour
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. baking soda
3 bananas
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup apple sauce
1 cup walnuts
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
1 t. vanilla

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon together.

  2. Add oil, bananas, eggs and apple sauce.

  3. Use mixer on med/high until no longer chunky; fold in walnuts. Pour into a greased/sprayed bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Slice into 12 even slices.
