Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 tsp salt
2 1/2 medium bananas
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Mix dry ingredients in small bowl. In large bowl, mash bananas. Add rest of wet ingredients and whisk until well blended. Fold in dry ingredients just until blended. Fold in nuts. Pour into 8 1/2 or 9 inch loaf pan, sprayed with oil. Bake 1 hour or until done when tested with toothpick. Cool in pan 5 minutes, Turn out onto rack and cool completely.
