yummy and moist banana bread with a great banana flavor!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
3 bananas, mashed
1 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda, mix well.

  3. Add Milk, Vegetable Oil, and Egg to dry ingredients, mix well.

  4. Add banana to mixture and stir until well incorporated.

  5. Pour into baking pan (can be muffin pan or loaf pan). Pan should be 3/4's full.

  6. For loaf pan - bake for 45-50 minutes then set on cooling rack.

  7. For Muffins - bake 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  8. Banana loaf breads are best the next day, after being wrapped overnight in plastic wrap.
