Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

3 bananas
1 c white flour
1 c whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c wheat germ
1/2 c butter
2 eggs
280 g (1 c) apple juice concentrate

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Mash bananas.

  2. Mix dry ingredients.

  3. Melt butter in pan. Add eggs and apple juice; then add flour mixture and bananas.

  4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
