Recipe Ingredients for Banana bread

2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 bananas (VERY ripe and mashed)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup canola oil
3 teaspoons cinnamon (less if desired-I like mine to be able to taste the cinnamon flavor)

Recipe Directions for Banana bread

  1. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

  2. In large bowl, cream together eggs and sugar.

  3. Stir in mashed bananas, vanilla, oil, and cinnamon.

  4. Stir in flour mixture, 1/3 at a time, until just combined.

  5. Divide batter in two 9x5 pans (or pour into muffin cups).

  6. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
