Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1/4 cup lard
2 cups flour
1 egg
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup cold coffee
1/2 cup splenda
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts
3 large bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Mix sugar and lard. Beat in egg and cold coffee. Add bananas. Mix flour and baking soda in a separate bowl. Add to sugar mixture. Beat at low spead.

  2. Add walnuts and chocolate chips.

  3. Bake at 350 F for 1 hr.
