Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 tbs oil
3/4 cups 1% milk
1 egg
1 cup walnuts
1 banana

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x5x3 inch loaf pan or two 8 1/2x4 1/2x 21/2 inch loaf pans.

  2. Measure all ingrediants into large mixing bowl; beat on medium speed 1/2 minute, scraping side and bottom of bowl constantly.

  3. Pour into pan(s). Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan; cool thoroughly before slicing.
