Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

6 tablespoons butter
1 cup sugar
3 medium bananas
1/2 cup yogurt
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Combine softened butter, sugar and bananas.

  2. Add yogurt and eggs and mix until just combined.

  3. On top of the batter, place the flour, baking soda and salt.

  4. Mix all together until well combined.

  5. Spread batter into 9x13in. pan.

  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
