Recipe Ingredients for banana bread

1 cup oat flour
2 eggs
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup apple sauce
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup mashed bananas

Recipe Directions for banana bread

  1. beat applesauce and sugar

  2. add eggs

  3. sift dry ingredients into eggs mixture

  4. add walnuts

  5. add bananas

  6. pour into pans

  7. bake at 350 for 40 minutes
