1/2 cup rolled oats
300 ml milk
3 bananas
2 cup Self Rising flour
3/4 cup self rising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tbsp honey
1 egg
85 g walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana bread

  1. chop sift, mix all ingredients

  2. pour in greased loaf tin

  3. bake moderate oven 35-45 minutes

  4. cool completly

  5. serve
