Very easy, very tasty banana bread

Recipe Ingredients for banana bread

1 cup bananas, mashed
2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup crisco
1/4 cup eggbeaters
1 egg
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup 1% milk
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for banana bread

  1. blend Crisco and sugar, add egg and eggbeaters

  2. combine dry ingredients

  3. add dry to wet and add milk

  4. mix in banana and nuts

  5. bake at 350 for about an hour for loaf, 40 min for muffins
