A friend gave me this recipe. It isn't as good for you as I'd like it to be, but I replaced the butter with margarine and all that jazz. This Banana bread is still so moist and tasty that even if it is bad for you, it's great to have from time to time.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1/4 cup of margarine
1 cup of brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup of mashed bananas
1 1/2 cups of flour, sifted
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of vanilla

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Cream together margarine and brown sugar. Add beaten egg. Alternately, add bananas with the flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add the vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes in a greased loaf pan.
