whole wheat banana bread with walnuts.

Recipe Ingredients for banana bread

6 bananas
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/3 cup honey
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1 c. walnuts
2 T. olive oil

Recipe Directions for banana bread

  1. preheat oven to 350. mash bananas and mix the honey, olive oil, salt together with a potato masher.

  2. Add the rest and mix well. place it a 8X4 loaf pan. Bake for 1- 1 1/2 hours.
