Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

4 bananas
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup applesauce
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups flour

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Beat eggs and bananas; in separate bowl cream applesauce and sugar; add bananas & eggs; mix flour, soda and salt; add to batter;

  2. Pour into two greased bread pans.

  3. Bake at 300 for 75 minutes
