Yummy and full of banana flavor. A great way to use up your ripe bananas.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. butter
2 t. baking soda
2 eggs
1 t. salt
5 ripe bananas, mashed
2 t. vanilla

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Mix sugar and butter/margarine and cream together. Add eggs, bananas, and vanilla. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. Stir until moistened, don?t over beat. Grease 4 small loaf pans. Line bottom with wax paper. Pour batter into pans. Bake at 300 for 1 hour. Turn out immediately after baking. Cool completely before storing in airtight containers. Cook muffins at 350 for 18-20 minutes. Cook mini loaves at 325 for 30-35 minutes.
