My 1st time cooking banana bread. It's very easy!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 cup sugar (i use 1/4 cup of lite sugar so the calorie is equal to 1/8 cup sugar. if u use normal sugar use 1/4 cup)
1 banana
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup skim milk or non-fat yogurt
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 325F(165C) and Prepare one small loaf by spraying with cooking spray and lightly dust with flour

  2. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together

  3. In another bowl, mash a banana and mix with skim milk and oil

  4. In large bowl, beat the egg and sugar together about 5 mins til it look fluffy and then mix in the banana mixing.

  5. Mix in the flour (i sift them again) into the egg and banana mixing just until blended

  6. Pour batter into a prepared loaf. Bake until golden and a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf come put clean, about 1.30 hrs. Turn bread out onto a wire rack and let cool.
