Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

3/4 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large egg whites
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups banana

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Pre-heat oven 350

  2. Mix flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon.

  3. Mix sugar oil until well combined, stir in egg whites and banana, and vanilla. Add flourmixture until combined.

  4. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake 55 to 60 minutes.
