My favorite banana bread recipe. You can also add 1 cup of your favorite nuts to this recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil
1/3 cup 1% milk
1 egg
1 3/4 cup banana

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease or spray bottom(s) of loaf pans.

  3. Mix all the ingredients together.

  4. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean from center.
