Recipe Ingredients for banana bread

2 bananas, mashed
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for banana bread

  1. mix in order given

  2. mix baking soda and vinegar in milk then add milk to batter

  3. bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees
