Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1 2/3 cup white whole wheat flour
3 medium bananas
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup canola oil
2 tablespoon flaxseed
6 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

in medium bowl add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and flaxseed together. in large bowl mash bananas. add sugar, oil, water, and vanilla. mix well. add flour mixture and stir just until mixed. bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. let stand for 20 minutes before removing from pan.
