Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

3 bananas (mashed)
3/4 cup sugar
1 stick butter (softened)
1 egg
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp baking powder
1 dash of salt
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp cinnamon
2 1/4 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Bananas, sugar and butter, MIX WELL

  2. Egg, MIX

  3. Baking soda, baking powder, salt, almond extract (may use vanilla), cinnamon, MIX WELL

  4. flour, MIX

  5. Bake in a greased pan at 350 F for about 40 minutes.
