Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

6 tablespoons of butter
2/3 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
2 eggs
1 1/3 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes for loaf of bread and 10-15 minutes for muffins.

  3. Nuts are optional.

  4. Grease/Flour pan.
