Classic high fat/sugar quick bread!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1/8 cup smart balance light
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 small bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Mash bananas and set aside. Mix butter and sugar together until clumps are broken up, add rest of ingredients and mix, then fold in bananas. Put in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cut into 14 servings.
