Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup bananas, mashed
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Cream together shortening, sugar, eggs, bananas, & nuts. Add flour, baking soda, & baking powder. Mix Well. Bake in greased loaf pan. 350 degrees for 1 hour
