Moist banana bread (use Splenda brown sugar)

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/3 cups bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

Mix flour, baking soda and salt in large bowl. In separate bowl cream brown sugar ( I use 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp of splenda brown sugar) and butter. Stir in eggs and bananas until well blended. stir in flour mixture. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
