Moist banana bread made with sour cream. The cinnamon gives it an extra boost of flavor.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1/4 cup Butter
2 tablespoons Butter
1 cup White Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
3 bananas
2 eggs
3/4 cup Sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Oven 325.

  2. Cream together butter and sugars, won't get 'light and fluffy' like some other recipes.

  3. Add bananas, eggs, sour cream, vanilla and cinnamon until mixed thoroughly. Mixture will be almost soupy.

  4. Add flour, salt and baking soda (mix together in small bowl first) until combined.

  5. Bake for 1 hour.
