My family's favorite bread for breakfast.

Recipe Ingredients for banana bread

3/4 c white sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c oil
3/4 c skim milk
2 eggs
2 c mashed banana
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs cinnamon

Recipe Directions for banana bread

  1. Mix together sugars, oil, milk.

  2. Add eggs, banana and vanilla.

  3. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients. Add to the wet. Mix well.

  4. Pour into a greased bunt pan and bake for 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
