Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

4 ripe bananas
1/3 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup wheat flour

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. With wooden spoon, mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla.

  3. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in. Add the flour last, mix.
