Healthy banana bread, 2 loaves, cut into 8 pieces.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
4 bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. applesauce
1 tsp. cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.

  2. Combine flour, baking powder, salt.

  3. Cream together eggs and sugar.

  4. Add bananas, vanilla, applesauce & cinnamon.

  5. Put in two 9x5 loaf pans.

  6. Bake for 1 hour.
