Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

2 1/2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
3 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
3 tbls Canola Oil
3/4 c Milk
1 Egg
4 Bananas, Mashed

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.

  2. Combine all ingredients.

  3. Lightly spray the bakeware with butter spray.

  4. Bake for 45-60 minutes.

  5. Add walnuts is opitional.
