This recipe makes two loaf pans of banana bread

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

2 c Splenda
3/4 c Butter Substitute
1/2 c Egg Beaters
3 c Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/8 c skim milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c mashed banana

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Cream Butter & Sugar

  2. Mix in Eggs

  3. Sift dry ingredients together

  4. Alternate adding dry ingredients, milk and bananas to creamy mixture

  5. Spray pans w/Pam

  6. Bake in 350 oven for almost 1 hour (my overn 40 minutes)

  7. If toothpick comes out clean in center it is done
