Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup canola oil
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 ripe bananas (mashed)

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Cream oil and sugar together.

  2. Add eggs. Mix well.

  3. Add dry ingredients and mix.

  4. Add bananas and mix well.

  5. Pour batter into greased loaf pans

  6. or muffin tin.

  7. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
