350 g mashed banana
5/8 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup nonfat yogurt (or butter)
1 egg
1 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. mash bananas

  2. add yogurt or butter

  3. add vanilla, egg, and sugar

  4. add baking soda and salt

  5. add flour

  6. bake at 350 for 1 hour (bread) or 25 minutes (muffins)
