Easy banana bread - moist and flavorful

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Bread

1/2 c butter
3/4 c sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c banana, mashed
3/4 c applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 c milk, skim
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for Banana Bread

  1. Combine butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in banana, applesauce, and soured milk.

  2. Stir in dry ingredients until just moistened.

  3. Bake at 325 for 1 hr 15 min.
