This is very moist bread! I used yogurt to substitute for sour cream. Yummy!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana bread

2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp plain yogurt
6 small banana, smashed

Recipe Directions for Banana bread

  1. sift together flour, baking soda and powder in one bowl.

  2. Cream butter, and add sugar, salt, eggs, vanilla, and yogurt until smooth.

  3. add bananas and mix well.

  4. Combine with flour mixture.

  5. Pour into bread pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour, until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Walla!
